Cardio Kick Boxing BEC Style

The classes at Bear Essential Combat are NOT your typical cardio boxing session.  You will learn basic, effective and real striking skills while becoming more coordinated, limber and athletic.  Alternative exercises such as Plyometrics, Stability Ball Training, Yoga and Pilates are also incorporated into your workout to increase flexibility, balance, and core strength.  We also do blistering medicine ball workouts for intervals.  This form of excercise is a great blend of resistance and cardio and the excercise keeps you engaged for each 60 second interval.  

The results we achieve here are amazing and are real.  We see clients come in and lose up to 60lbs in a three month period.  Obviously when these people started they were not in shape. Obviously at the end of the three months they were, but the class is still both challenging and enjoyable for them.  While getting in shape you are learning a new skill set which is fun and gives You the motivation to get better, learn more, try harder and realize increased performance. Both the students and the staff at Bear Essential Combat are serious about getting and staying in shape as part of a healthy lifestyle.  We know how to get you to your healthiest point the quickest way possible. (You may not be happy with what that point is, in our opinion, since you may never have Salma Hayek's shape or Mike Tyson's arms)  Please be warned to get dramatic results requires dramatic dedication, effort, honesty and change.  Please know we help people accomplish those very things each and every day.
