At Bear Essential Combat, we have found that our clients are much more inclined to attain these goals when learning a new skill such as Boxing or Jiu-Jitsu, which are not only a great workout but also a realistic form of self-defense, which instill confidence and dedication. 

Achieving your body’s maximum weight to power ratio along with increased flexibility and stamina is one of the many benefits you will gain from reality combat training.

Your workout will always be varied and exciting with dynamic stretching, Yoga, Pilates and conditioning thrown in for good measure.  Personal training is available in Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Western Boxing, Wrestling and No Holds Barred Combat Training.
